Value of YES when it comes to Success

There is a three letter one syllable word that we all want to hear more often.
Well I don't know about you, but I know this is true pertaining to myself.–

"Yes"...
Yes, validates ones efforts.
Yes, is what  we say to ourselves we accomplish something epic.

However, saying yes to our selves, in our own mind, is not always enough.

No body works hard to hear the word "No" more often.

The drive and desire to make one's self the best version of themselves that they can be is an intrinsic quality of this idea of "Yes"

As we Improve in our own abilities we feel more awesome about ourselves
when we feel awesome we say "Yes!" to ourselves
when we say "Yes!" to ourselves we start to hear "Yes" from others more often
the more often we hear "Yes" ....
the more valuable we feel ....

and that is what we need to feel good!

Stress Management – 30,000 ft View

We all have the choice to face each day as a new opportunity. One can choose to dwell on the events of yesterday and allow them to affect their outlook, but to whose benefit? Fear and Regret are siblings form the same shell. Fear of facing yesterday's mistakes will only result in a future filled with regret.

This Idea of the 30,000 ft view is a recent obsession for me. It allows one to cope with their strengths as well as with their pit falls. The further one can put themselves from the stronghold grip brought on by the emotion of fear the closer one puts themselves toward having that 30,000 ft view.

"Take a step back, stop looking at others, and start examining yourself"

Its a gift to be able to withdraw from ones insecure self and have a 100 ft. At this point the picture seems much bigger and the problem becomes much smaller and solution (ie. a smile) comes much more easily.

It takes a lot of work,
a lot of effort to reach that 30,000 ft vantage point,
and once there, it takes a lot of energy to stay there.
However, if you can see your own smile from 30,000 ft away,
all of that energy will be very well spent.

A Morning Mantra

Each morning I rise as an emitter of positive energy,
and realize that I am not a satellite trapped in orbit,
but rather a beacon moving freely throughout space in circular motion;

As a breeder of self confidence and motivation in others,
I strive, to the best of my ability, to exhaust all of my efforts,
to provide all those that I meet with the tools necessary for:

• Self Confidence
• Joy
• Love & Belonging
• Peace of Mind
• Longevity of Health

So that they can provide these things for them selves,
and later share those gifts with others.

Decisions made, guided you to where you are today

Every day we go through life hoping that (1) tomorrow gets better or (2) today never ends. But we never wish for the same thing every day, month, or year; because we never know where life would take us. One time or another we wonder why is this happening to me (good or bad)? We wonder how this fairy tale or disaster chose us, but some choose to embrace what is happening while other choose to dwell on it. That is what makes us different. Others learn to let go of regret and grudges while other choose to beat their self up for the choices they have made. It is hard to understand how and why people make decisions for themselves and many times we will never know. But we must also keep in mind that we can’t just judge someone for their decisions because their past made them who they are today. Embrace who you are and who surrounds you because everyone you meet (no matter if they come and go or stay) contributed to who you are today.

A Short Poem Witten On A Windy Day In October Titled : Passing-Wind [Cognitive-Fart]

Just at the onset of winds,
Accompanied by the coming of this fall,
Change direction,

Have I found myself tangled,
Increasingly,
Amongst the turbulence of minds,

Which elude me,
As,

Do the matured,
 Leaves of the season flee,

From the soundness,

Offered to them,
By the stern,
& the prevalent,
Nature of their gracious hosts

Where as the days,
And the bitter,
Chill of the the months to come,
Will inevitably syphon the warmth,

From all things,
Within It's breadth,
It would Appear,

As if,
The cycle of foliage, within,

This Great North Eastern valley,
Bore a wisdom, Unbeknownst,

To the sturdy,
Masses of branch & bark,
Which sheltered them

——————{Con't }{Page 2}——————

The narrowest puddles will soak,
Through soul & sock dampening the foundations,
On which trotted travelers tread upon,

Achey,
Heels & shallow,
Breaths held captive,

Within the unsettling,
grasp of each,
 breeze,

Presented to them,
As a frigid reminder of the lack of weariness having,
Un-Folded, within,

The first Quarter century of One's Expedition.
